By accessing or using the Lamachaur & Batulechaur (Ward 16 & 19) Community Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform or submitting listings.
2. Platform Purpose & Scope
This web portal is an independent community initiative designed to connect students, residents, landlords, and local business owners in Pokhara Metropolitan City Wards 16 (Batulechaur) and 19 (Lamachaur).
- The platform acts as a public discovery directory and contact showcase.
- The portal is not a real estate agency, broker, or rental mediator.
- We do not charge booking fees, agent fees, or commission on completed rentals or trades.
3. Listing Guidelines & User Responsibilities
Property owners and business operators submitting listings agree to adhere to the following rules:
- Accuracy: All descriptions, photos, pricing (NPR), and landmarks must be accurate and truthful.
- Availability Updates: Property owners must request removal or update their listing once a room/flat is rented out.
- Prohibited Content: Misleading information, fraudulent property offers, spam, or abusive language will result in immediate removal and IP block.
- No Unauthorized Brokers: Submissions by third-party middlemen claiming unauthorized commission fees are strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer of Liability & Direct Transactions
All rental agreements, monetary payments, and service contracts take place offline directly between the respective parties.
We strongly encourage room seekers and tenants to inspect properties in person, verify identity details, and establish written lease terms before transferring advance rent or deposits. The portal administrators are not liable for disputes, property damages, or financial losses arising from transactions between users.
5. Content Moderation & Removal Rights
The administration reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion without prior notice if it violates community guidelines, contains outdated information, or receives verified user complaints.
